On the air: How Luxembourg’s Artec 3D & Ukraine’s KODA are supplying Ukraine with 3D scanners & software, and more
Art Yukhin, second left, and Eugene Zyablin, second right, with RTL hosts Steps and Meredith
Artec 3D President Art Yukhin along with Eugene Zyablin, director of Artec’s Ukrainian partner KODA, stopped by the studio of Luxembourg’s RTL radio to speak with hosts Steps and Meredith about the companies’ joint efforts to help Ukraine during the country’s time of great need.
Yukhin and Zyablin spoke about how Artec 3D’s scanners and software are promptly being supplied to Ukraine to serve three main goals: to facilitate the creation of new prosthetic devices for Ukrainian amputees, to digitally capture and preserve priceless cultural heritage across the country, and for police and investigators, to document evidence of war crimes, by 3D scanning entire scenes and all the evidence within, capturing everything with submillimeter accuracy in lifelike color 3D.
