Artec 3D scanners to be demoed at OTWorld
Our partners Antonius Köster, KLIB and Orten will be bringing Artec Eva and Space Spider 3D scanners to OTWorld, one of the largest trade shows in the orthopedics and prosthetics sector. The world’s leading professional fair featuring the entire range of products available on the market, OTWorld expects over 20,000 exhibitors from 80 countries.
Orthotists and prosthetists, orthopaedic footwear technicians and engineers, doctors and therapists will gather together to discuss improved care options for the benefit of patients and to forge new principles for action. OTWorld will present and discuss the latest possibilities for 3D printing in everyday orthopaedic practice, as well as the feasibility of its use.
Artec handhelds are versatile facial and body scanning solutions that can be applied in a variety of fields where precision matters. Structured light scanners, Eva and Space Spider are absolutely safe for scanning people. Eva has a wider field of view and scans larger surfaces faster, and Space Spider captures the tiniest details with the amazing resolution of up to 0.1 mm.
