Stone corner piece

An architectural piece that was scanned with Eva Lite in the short span of 30 seconds. There's plenty of clearly visible ornaments that make tracking simple and reliable. The rear side is flat, however the object is relatively small, so there was no problem in scanning and registering it. This model was made by Patrick Thorn. As ideal tools for a range of architectural applications as well as cultural heritage preservation, both Eva and Eva Lite accurately capture huge amounts of 3D data quickly and easily. Post processing of scans into vivid 3D models is a snap with Artec Studio. This model required less than 2 minutes before it was ready for export.
